I had been looking to move into the general area for three years and had spent countless hours researching the area. Mrs. Bell was referred by someone who is very discerning and very hard to please saying she was very god. I called and set up an appointment and started asking questions. She knew the area well and very knowledgeable. She gave us suggestions which proved to be very useful in our search. We told her the last few times we had purchased a home we had literally looked at more than 50 homes. When we went out (we actually are very fussy and knew what we wanted) she took us to exactly what was available in what we asked for. It helped us even more to hone our search. We moved quickly and she gave all kinds of suggestions and showed she knew every area we visited. She took us to areas we thought were not the best areas, but she knew little nicks (sub-areas) which were wonderful. The area we covered was 7 different communities and finally found the perfect house for us. Then the work began and Mrs. Bell was great is assisting us with our bid, giving us good advice and counsel. She worked well with the other realtor (for the seller) as we settled on a price and bought the property. I would highly recommend her for purchasing a house, either your first or your last. We are glad we found her.!
